About the Company

UAB Yond operations is a licensed virtual currency exchange operator and deposit virtual currency wallet operator in the Republic of Lithuania. Our activity is based on clear legal grounds and technical standards that ensure secure handling of digital assets and full compliance with local and European requirements.

The company develops solutions for individuals and businesses seeking to manage and use crypto assets in everyday transactions. We focus on creating practical tools for payments, transfers and custody that integrate easily into existing financial processes. Our services are developed with a strong focus on transparency, accountability, and operational security at every level.

At this stage, the company is completing the procedures required to commence operations under the Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) license, in accordance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). Once authorization is granted, we will introduce a complete set of regulated crypto-asset services, including exchange, custody, and transaction infrastructure, enabling clients to operate confidently in a fully compliant environment.

SERVICES OF UAB YOND OPERATIONS

Our upcoming services are designed to make the use of digital assets straightforward, lawful, and secure.

We focus on practical solutions that combine technology with clear regulatory standards, allowing clients to manage, exchange, and transfer crypto-assets with confidence.

UAB Yond operations is in the process of obtaining authorization as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Once authorization is granted, we will provide a regulated suite of crypto-asset services in accordance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and applicable national requirements:

1. Custody and Administration of Crypto-Assets
We will offer safekeeping and administration of clients’ digital assets, maintaining control over the means of access and storage. Custody will be performed under strict confidentiality and segregation rules, ensuring that client assets remain fully protected at all times.
2. Exchange of Crypto-Assets for Funds
The Company will enable clients to buy and sell crypto-assets for fiat currency through transactions executed with its own capital. This structure allows for stable liquidity, transparent pricing, and reliable execution within a regulated environment.
3. Exchange of Crypto-Assets for Other Crypto-Assets
Clients will be able to exchange one digital asset for another through the Company’s secure platform. These operations will be supported by the Company’s proprietary capital to ensure continuity and efficient settlement of transactions.
4. Transfer Services of Crypto-Assets
We will provide transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of individuals and legal entities, ensuring that all movements of assets between distributed ledger addresses or accounts are carried out safely, in compliance with AML/CTF standards and MiCA provisions. Each service will operate under established internal procedures that prioritize transparency, accountability, and the protection of client interests.
